Serves 6
| 1 | medium green cabbage, quartered and very thinly sliced |
| 2 | carrots, grated |
| 1/2 | cup mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons maple syrup |
| 1/4 | cup cider vinegar |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dry mustard |
| Salt and pepper, to taste |
2. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, syrup, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
