Serves 6

1 medium green cabbage, quartered and very thinly sliced
2 carrots, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage and carrot.

2. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, syrup, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to overnight before serving. Jonathan Levitt
