Serves 6
| Butter (for the dish) | |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 | pound Swiss cheese, shredded |
| 1 | cup half and half |
| 1/2 | teaspoon cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon sweet paprika |
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the cheese, half and half, cayenne, salt, and paprika. Pour into the prepared dish.
3. Bake the dish for 20 minutes or until it sets and the top is slightly golden. Serve hot with French bread. Adapted from "Bake Until Bubbly"![]()
