If you want to grill a great steak, you have to start with a good cut. And with grilling season at its peak, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is offering steaks-to-go, starting at 11 a.m. daily through September. They offer six different cuts at different prices, starting with an eight-ounce petit filet mignon at $26 all the way up to a 22-ounce bone-in ribeye or a 20-ounce prime bone-in New York strip, both at $33, all hand-cut and aged up to four weeks. Fleming's is glad to make recommendations and offer wine by the glass while you wait. $26-$33. Mon-Wed 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Thurs-Sat 11 a.m.- 11 p.m., Sun 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 217 Stuart St., Boston. 617-292-0808. flemingssteakhouse.com
