Why make a run-of-the-mill s'more when you can have a gourmet one instead? The Tiny Trapeze Confections , based in Everett, has launched a s'mores kit with handmade graham crackers, Belgian chocolate, and hand-cut vanilla marshmallows made with organic ingredients. During a marshmallow-toasting trial run, the flame caramelized the dusting of confectioner's sugar on the outside, resulting in a butterscotch-colored candy coating that hugged the melted marshmallow.
