Wait! There's watermelon floating in my noodle soup! The ever-popular cold Korean naeng-myun ($9.95) does indeed come with thin slices of the bright red fruit at Misono Wok in the 88 Food Court. The large stainless steel bowl holds a refreshing cold broth that's tangy, sweet, and hot; a generous serving of buckwheat noodles, cucumber ovals, transparent ribbons of daikon radish, slices of beef brisket, and on top, half a hard-cooked egg. Ice chips nestled in the broth chill everything in the bowl and will cool you in summer's heat.
