These crispy rounds are like beef jerky that you make at home. You need sliced salami and about 20 minutes for the rounds to bake.

18 thin slices all-beef salami
1. Set the oven at 325 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the salami slices on the paper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chips curl up around the edges.

2. With paper towels, blot any oil on the chips. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Adapted from Betsy Block
