Ricotta with honey and sea salt

Serves 6

6-8 ounces fresh ricotta
1 baguette, sliced and toasted
3 tablespoons honey
Sea salt, to taste
1. Arrange the ricotta in a small bowl. Set it on a platter with the sliced baguette. Put the honey in a small cup, the sea salt in another small cup.

2. Leave guests to spoon ricotta onto the toasts, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sea salt. Devra First
