Yogurt with feta and black olives

Serves 4

1 1/4 cups plain thick yogurt
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup pitted black olives, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1. In a food processor, combine the yogurt and feta cheese. Pulse once to blend them. Add the oil, garlic, and salt. Pulse again quickly.

2. Spread the yogurt mixture on a plate. Sprinkle with pepper, olives, and oregano. Adapted from "The Paris Neighborhood Cookbook"
