Long-dry Harvard Square club loosens up to keep music alive

CAMBRIDGE - They say that people drink more during a recession, and at a little folk club in Harvard Square, fingers are crossed that it's true: Beer and wine were scheduled to begin flowing last night at Club Passim, the longest-running folk music venue in the country, after more than half a century as a dry room.
