An aerial view of the fireworks, a gourmet feast, and simulcast of the Boston Pops concert should generate some internal fireworks. They’re all featured at July 4 Celebration at Top of the Hub. Before your five-course dinner featuring king crab cocktail, swordfish, tenderloin of beef, and a white chocolate and raspberry cream tart, start with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. And if you’d like to just watch the fireworks, the Skywalk Observatory will be open from 8 to 11 p.m. ($20, $12 under age 13). July 4 at 7 p.m. (cocktail reception followed by dinner at 8 p.m. and fireworks at 10:30 p.m., weather permitting). $200 per person. Reservations required.
