Makes 1

To make a loaf, shape one-third of the pizza dough into an 8-inch log. Transfer it to a floured baking sheet. With a small sharp knife, make 3 diagonal slashes on top. Bake it in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until it is pale golden and a wooden skewer inserted into the thickest part of the loaf comes out clean.
