It’s almost time for our annual stuffing fiasco of trying a new recipe that fails and then vowing to get it right next year. We - and our guests - would be better off taking a few tips from Steve Uliss, who will cook a feast at tomorrow’s Thanksgiving Class at Firefly’s. Known as the “Barbecue King,’’ the restaurant owner and cook will prepare hot jalapeno crab dip, pomegranate molasses turkey, pumpkin stuffing, apple pie, and more. After the lesson, you’ll partake in a family-style meal and go home with the recipes. Grab the stuffing recipe for us, please. Oct. 28 at 6:30 p.m. $50. (Reservations are required).
