Ever try opakapaka? It’s one of the dishes at tomorrow’s Seafood Dinner With Andy Husbands. The chef from the reality TV show “Hell’s Kitchen’’ will partner with New England Aquarium executive chef Tim Ridge to whip up a three-course sustainable meal with wine pairings. Dungeness crab and rainbow trout will also be served. And don’t worry if you can’t pronounce the first fish we mentioned, just refer to it by its common name: pink snapper. Nov. 10 at 6:30 p.m. $75. Reservations are required. New England Aquarium, 1 Central Wharf, Boston. 617-973-5206. www.neaq.org
