Every Tuesday, Elisha Ewing, a.k.a. Liberty Fish, delivers fresh seafood to customers in Carlisle, Westford, Chelmsford, Littleton, and Groton. Ewing leaves your order in your cooler by the door by 6 p.m., sort of like a nighttime milk delivery. The fish lady starts out at Globe Fish Co., a wholesaler in Boston, cuts up the fish, and brings it to her customers the same day, still glistening. Among her current offerings are haddock ($9-$11 per pound) and fresh Gulf shrimp ($15-$16). There is a minimum order of 1 1/2-2 pounds and a $2 delivery charge. Contact Elisha Ewing at elisha@libertyfish.net or 978-270-3788, or go to www.libertyfish.net. DEBORAH KOPS
