NYDP Deli Patrol, a local company run by a former New Yorker, is now selling artisanal pastrami and capitalizing (sort of) on a New York institution. The inspiration behind the brand is Dan Estridge, who started producing pastrami 30 years ago because he wanted a good sandwich.
