Serves 8 with leftovers Ask the butcher to break the bone at the end of the lamb near the shank bone so the meat fits nicely in your roasting pan. Potatoes and carrots, which roast around the edges of the meat, need a 30-minute head start. Serve with sauteed cherry tomatoes. (Full article: 384 words)
