Serves 1

1 ripe banana
1 cup ice
6 ounces vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon honey

1. In a blender, combine the banana, ice, yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and honey.

2. Blend the mixture until smooth.
