The closing of Kotobukiya in Porter Square last May left many patrons bereft. The market has resurfaced in Medford Square as Ebisuya Japanese Market, now co-owned by former Kotobukiya employees Tadashi Iida (above), the sushi master, and Hideki Hiromoto.
