Serves 4 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature 4 sesame seed bagels, cut in half 4 ounces extra-sharp white cheddar, cut into 8 slices 1 roma tomato, cut into 8 thin slices 1 ripe avocado, pitted and smashed 1.
