Railings for a 6-foot accessibility ramp: $1,000.
Bog-standard restaurant chair: $80-$100 unless you are willing to buy one that looks cheap, then put a cover on it.
Removing paint from concrete: $18 per square foot — more than high-end ceramic tile work.
Skylights: up to $75 per square foot, for the cheap kind.
Kee-klamps (for holding pipes together): up to$25 each. We need dozens.
