|1/2||cup seasoned rice vinegar|
|1/2||cup natural rice vinegar|
|2||shallots, finely chopped|
|1/2||bunch cilantro, finely chopped|
|1||jalapeno or other hot chili pepper, seeded and chopped|
|Juice of 1 lime|
1. In a bowl, whisk together the seasoned and natural rice vinegar, shallots, cilantro, chili pepper, and lime juice.
2. Serve with raw or grilled oysters.
