Serves 4

4 tablespoons honey
1 cup heavy cream
1 pint unflavored Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 pint (2 cups) mixed fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1/2 cup toasted pecans or sliced almonds
2 sprigs fresh mint (for garnish)
1. Have on hand 4 glasses. Spoon 1 tablespoon of honey into each glass.

2. In a mixer, beat the cream until it holds soft peaks.

3. In a large bowl, stir the yogurt with sugar and ginger. Fold in the cream.

4. Spoon the cream mixture into the glasses. Garnish with berries, nuts, and mint.
