|1||cup heavy cream|
|1||pint unflavored Greek yogurt|
|2||tablespoons sugar, or to taste|
|1||teaspoon grated fresh ginger|
|1||pint (2 cups) mixed fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)|
|1/2||cup toasted pecans or sliced almonds|
|2||sprigs fresh mint (for garnish)|
2. In a mixer, beat the cream until it holds soft peaks.
3. In a large bowl, stir the yogurt with sugar and ginger. Fold in the cream.
4. Spoon the cream mixture into the glasses. Garnish with berries, nuts, and mint.
