To double the pizza recipe, use these proportions for the dough.

1 2/3 cups warm water, or more if necessary
1 envelope (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
3 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Follow the recipe above, using two sheet pans, and the same rising and baking times. Double the topping recipe.
