Makes enough for 2 babkas

1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 recipe babka (see recipe)
2/3 cup raisins

1. In a small bowl, stir together the brown and granulated sugars and cinnamon.

2. Follow the babka recipe. Sprinkle the sugar mixture on the rectangle of dough, then scatter raisins on top. Roll up, cover with streusel, and bake according to the recipe.
