Sunday Supper & More
Serves 4
| 2 | ripe avocados, pitted and peeled |
| 1 | jalapeno, chopped |
| 1 | clove garlic, chopped |
| 1/2 | tomato, chopped |
| 1/8 | small red onion, finely chopped |
| Juice of 2 limes | |
| Salt and black pepper, to taste |
1. In a bowl, combine the avocados, jalapeno, garlic, tomato, onion, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. With a fork or potato masher, mash the mixture until smooth.
