|Juice of 2 limes|
|Juice of 1 orange|
|1||clove garlic, finely chopped|
|Pinch of crushed red pepper|
|Salt and black pepper, to taste|
|1/4||cup chopped fresh cilantro|
1. In a small bowl, combine lime and orange juices, garlic, red pepper, salt, and black pepper.
2. Stir in cilantro.
