Munch with a crunch

Caution: Once you start nibbling Raincoast Crisps you will not be able to stop. These all-natural toasts — super-thin slices of grainy, nutty bread, some with dried fruits, baked to a delectable crunch — are perfect for munching or topping with cheese, nut butter, pate, or creamy spreads. They come in six flavors, including cranberry hazelnut, rosemary raisin pecan, cinnamon raisin, and fig and olive (about $7 for a 6-ounce box). Lesley Stowe, a chef and former caterer from Vancouver, turned her popular party crisps into a business in 2006. Crunch lovers will be thrilled they’ve finally made it cross-continent to Boston.
