3/4 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
3/4 ounce sherry (Fino or Manzanilla)
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
3 sage leaves
1. Muddle 4 blackberries with simple syrup.
2. Add whiskey, sherry, and lemon juice. Shake well.
3. Strain over crushed ice into a tall glass.
4. Garnish with a blackberry and sage leaf.
