Icebox cake by 17 and Baking

This month we asked "17 and Baking" blogger Elissa Bernstein to send us one of her favorite "beat the heat" recipes that required minimal time in front of the stove. Bernstein, a Boston-area college sophomore (who is no longer 17), sent us her rendition of Icebox Cake. We recreated it in the Boston.com "test kitchen" and the results were extremely positive!
