Before serving, take the pan out of the fridge. Remove the top piece of plastic wrap. Flip the pan over a serving plate. Use the overhanging plastic wrap to gently loosen the cake. Lift off the pan and carefully peel off the plastic wrap. Use a long, thin spatula to smooth out the top and sides.
