Couple of early-week beer events for you:

* The Back Bay Social Club and Katsiroubas Bros. host a Narragansett beer dinner tonight at 7. The three-course meal features food from local farms and producers: parsnip soup, cracked pepper scallops, and herb oil paired with Narragansett Lager; yukon gold gnocchi, vanilla butter, roasted pears, and bitter greens paired with Narragansett Bock; and autumn spiced braised short ribs, pumpkin noodles, and wild mushrooms paired with Narragansett Fest. Tickets are $40 and are available here.

* Canary Square puts a bunch of fall-themed beers on draft tomorrow as part of its monthly Tuesday night tap takeover. The event also serves as an Oktoberfest celebration, with chef Marco Suarez preparing traditional German schnitzels and sausages. From 6 to 9 p.m., beers from Ayinger, Weihenstephaner, Spaten, Paulaner, Hacker-Pschorr, Southern Tier, and Dogfish Head -- some marzens, some pumpkin ales -- will be flowing.
