When most people hear about cheese pairings, they usually think about wine. But more and more, folks are realizing that many beers pair exceptionally well with cheese. Formaggio Kitchen knows that and is hosting a beer-and-cheese pairing class Dec. 1 at 6:30 p.m. at its annex in Cambridge. The cost is $45. Tickets and more information here.
