Chef Brian Poe will pair his spicy, Latin American dishes with the bold, spicy flavors of Stone Brewing Company's beers. It's a five-course meal, with the dessert course being a chipotle ice cream float with Stone Belgo Anise Russian Imperial Stout. Sounds tasty.
