There's an anti-green beer movement afoot. A couple of bars, including favorites of mine in both Boston and NYC, are making a point of not serving green beer this St. Patrick's Day:
Green beer, of course, is just regular beer with food coloring, which you probably wouldn't add to a fancy double-IPA or saison. These bars are making a stance on quality, but are they also missing out on fun? What's your stance on green beer? Will you have one this evening?
