Happy Chinese New Year! Yesterday marks the start of the 15 day celebration of the upcoming Year of the Dragon and Downtown Asian Sandwich spot Foumami is running a special to celebrate. From Jan. 23rd until Feb. 6th, Foumami is offering the La Long Sandwich which is made with pulled pork braised in a house-made red spicy Chinese barbecue sauce, shredded cabbage, scallions and house-made spicy jalapeno-based hot sauce. Get it while ya can!

In the meantime check out some of their normal menu items, which are perfect for a day when you want to switch up your work day lunch routine. The sandwiches are made with this homemade bread that has the same flat doughy texture as scallion pancakes, and they make a different soup for each day of the week.
