The folks at Legal Sea Foods sent out a press release today reminding people that Jan. 15 is "Chowda Day." That means Legal will be serving free cups of chowder from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at many of its takeout counters around town, including its Burlington Mall, Copley Place, Chestnut Hill Shopping Center, Framingham, and South Shore Plaza locations. Mark your calendars, and get it while it's hot.
