Restaurant updates: Grezzo, Lobby

Grezzo's Alissa Cohen reports they're aiming for Feb. 1 for a soft opening. I am very curious to see how a raw food restaurant will play in the North End. The website isn't fully functional yet, but it says Grezzo will start taking reservations Jan. 24. The vegans and raw foodies must be looking forward to it, and so am I. Something different is always welcome on the restaurant landscape.

Lobby in the Financial District is open, offering "New American cuisine with Global Influences, creative and innovative cocktails, and a worldly, affordable wine list." Sounds like the restaurant offers a nice view of the Greenway. The food runs the gamut from barbecue duck confit quesadillas to hummus to Buffalo chicken salad to pretzel-crusted tuna to bouillabaisse. The Temptation cocktail sounds intriguing -- it's described as "belle de Brillet, fresh quince, ruby Port, and an interesting story."
