The 12th annual Taste of Eastie event starts at 6 p.m. It's at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport. Tickets are $35; buy them online at the above link or in person at the Hilton.

You get to eat food from 30-some places -- including Rincon Limeno, 303 Cafe, Spinelli's, Angela's Cafe, and Konditor Meister -- and the money goes to East Boston Main Streets, a nonprofit concerned with neighborhood revitalization.
