Chocolate for your valentine

Tomorrow's Food section has three luscious recipes for individual chocolate cakes with various textures: fudgy, downright oozing, and souffleed.

If you can't wait and need an instant chocolate fix, watch startcooking.com's Kathy Maister (above; we did a story on her successful stop-motion animation videos last year). She's running on YouTube and already wildly popular.

It's a good day to bake and watch Super Tuesday returns. Maister's brownies are ideal, whether you're celebrating or commiserating.
