At the South Beach Wine & Food Festival yesterday, Radius's burger won the Amstel Light Burger Bash, hosted by Rachael Ray. Chosen by event attendees, it trumped patties from such notables as Graeter's Ice Cream in Cincinnati, the Hitching Post II in Buellton, Calif., and (gasp!) Shake Shack in New York.

Chef Michael Schlow (above) won a $5,000 KitchenAid shopping spree and a year's supply of Gold Peak iced tea. The glory!
