Rajas con crema: a recipe for the lazy

The recipe from the Culinary Institute of America that Sheryl posted below looks delicious. If it makes you crave poblano peppers in cream but you don't feel like roasting your own chilies, try this alternative method: Go to Angela's Cafe in East Boston. Their fantastic rajas con crema (pictured above, served with tortillas) aren't always offered, so call ahead: 866-403-9921.
