Happy Birthday, Josue

Josue Evilla, the award-winning designer of the Boston Globe Food pages and Globe Magazine, is turning 30 today. We were at a meeting a few days ago, which evolved into a discussion of what we'd all do if we didn't care about health and fitness and stuff like that.
A couple of us would smoke cigarettes and drink whiskey (me among them). Josue -- pronounced whose-way -- would eat all the brownies he wanted. So that's what he's getting!
