Many of you will remember the Q&A we ran a few weeks ago with an anonymous ex-server known simply as The Waiter, who turned his blog, Waiter Rant, into a new book by the same name. Why will you remember this Q&A? Because it was full of horrifying confirmation that there are indeed servers in this world who spit in your food, give you caffeinated coffee instead of decaf on purpose, and other such malfeasance.

Well, The Waiter is now unmasked, as will happen when one goes on book tour. His name is Steve Dublanica, and it appears that the restaurant he wrote about as "The Bistro" is most likely Lanterna Tuscan Bistro in Nyack, N.Y.
