Best salad ever?

For the last few weeks, my extrarestaurant diet has primarily consisted of this gazpacho and the above salad.
It's arugula, watermelon, feta, tomatoes, olives, and basil. Sometimes I add slivers of red onion, too. It might be my favorite summer salad ever.
If watermelon-feta salads haven't made it into your repertoire yet, I highly recommend them. It's one of those perfect combinations. The salad is quick to make, but festive enough that you can serve it to guests. For a casual meal, just grill some lamb or sausages to go with it and cook up a few ears of the amazing farmstand corn we've been getting this year. It's end-of-summer supper heaven.

Just wondering if you dress the salad with anything?
I make a simple vinaigrette with good olive oil and sherry vinegar, then sprinkle on coarse salt and grind some pepper on top.
So funny you posted this and I happened to look - I was trying to make dinner plans yesterday and already had corn-and-zucchini fritters and broiled fish on the agenda. When I saw this, I thought of the tiny watermelon we had gotten in this week's CSA share. My husband doesn't care for watermelon, and I grant that even from the CSA we have trouble finding a watermelon with much flavor, so we're always a bit challenged how to use them up.
I omitted the tomatoes and arugula, cut up the watermelon and two oranges, added feta, some roughly chopped olives, and a few leaves of chiffonaded basil. I dressed it with salt, black pepper, and the somewhat astringent Sicilan olive oil from Trader Joe's - no vinegar because of that and the juice from the orange slices. So good! Thanks for the inspiration!
Sounds delicious! It's funny -- I don't really like watermelon, either. But put it with feta, and I can't stop eating it.
