Chocolates for free
On Thursday, Nov. 20, you can get a free sample of Godiva's European Dessert Truffles at any of their locations from 1 to 3 p.m. The company's "Truffle Break" is a nationwide promotion. Flavors include lemon chiffon cake, caramelized apple tarte, creme brulee, chocolate souffle, bananas Foster, and Black Forest torte.
Two Godiva locations are South Market Building at Fanueil Hall and the Prudential Center. Walk a mile over and a mile back and you might work off your free truffle.
