Must... have... burger
Sometimes the craving just strikes, and what are you going to do? You have to pull over and have a burger.
What's with ordering it medium-well, though, Mr. President? Perhaps he was worried he'd get flak from the USDA about proper internal cooking temperatures. Later, he amends the order to medium, muttering something about not being sure mumble mumble mumble. Sir, just get your burger medium-rare. You're the leader of the free world! Live a little.

Nice video! Even the president gets hungry on the road.
It's hard to tell because part of the ordering process appears to be cut out, but I think he might have ordered additional burgers for other people not present (White House staff, maybe?). To me, the mumbling sounded like "better make them medium because I'm not sure how they'll want them".
