De Magistris's tiny fried fish, bianchetti, are battered and fried. He calls the specialty 'fries with eyes' and serves it with a spicy aioli. Because the chefs are all friends, when de Magistris asks Susi for his pizza recipe, Susi doesn't hesitate. “It’s not competition,” says Susi. 'We take care of each other,” says de Magistris.
