Which calories go the furthest?

Lobster with corn or Broiled salmon, lentils, vegetables, wine There’s actually not much meat in 2 lobsters, but the corn is satisfying. If you’re looking for the most filling meal, it’s probably the salmon dinner. But if you’re at a clam shack by the sea and looking at the choices, 2 lobsters (no butter) and the corn will fit the bill. The typical American diet contains only about 15 grams of fiber a day. So, for the same number of calories (about 550), you can have salmon, broccoli, lentils, and wine for dinner (about 14 grams of fiber), or two slices of pepperoni pizza (about 2 grams of fiber).
