The Boston chapter of Ladies United for the Preservation of the Endangered Cocktails — LUPEC, for short — is mixing up inventive holiday drinks at new Inman Square hot spot Trina’s Starlite Lounge. The charitable cocktail society, which got its start here in 2007, counts star bartenders like Misty Kalkofen of Drink and Joy Richard of Franklin Café and Citizen among its members, as well as enthusiasts who aren’t in the industry.
